This site is going to be moved and revamped within the next couple of weeks. I have found out that visitors using Netscape v3.0 and up cannot view the site correctly. In fact, they can't see it at all. I am working to correct the problem and when the other site is completed it will be compatible with all broswers. I apologize to the Netscape visitors. In addition to that, the information on the site will not be updated until the new site is unveiled. Actually, it has not been updated in a while and some of the information may be inaccurate since it is not up-to-date.
